Very dismissive of my issues and they were not fixed.

The wait was a little longer than usual but the advisor kept me informed

My car was looked at but I was told all these things was wrong with my car but you guys couldn't identify the major problem I only found out when I took my car elsewhere

They tell you that that they accept cars after 2 pm even if you make an appointment
