Fantastic service

Service was professional and was very thorough!

Communication was vague..my printed paper work was clear of what was done to my truck..then I received the email stating that “I was”told my truck battery was bad..which I was never verbally told nor never mentioned to me..and my printed paper work never mentions my battery..I called your gmc phone line to no avail never got a answer so yes bad review

The first day they left for the day at 3:30pm and didn't contact me to tell me they needed to keep my car. I called at 3:30pm and at 4pm I was told to pay for my own uber because the shuttle left at 4pm. It was very frustrating. I get the rental car and they keep my car for a over a week and Now Enterprise is trying to charge me over $1200 for a rental that I was told was covered by the dealer. Very frustrating trying to get this resolved.

Sales team is very friendly and they dont rush you. Great experience!!!

To customer satisfaction, I just noticed I have a missing lug nut on the right front of my 2019 GMC Denali 2500HD that I had the oil changed and the tires rotated on Sept. 22nd. I assume you would have told me at the time of service that it was missing. Since I did not get notice, I assume it was there at the time of service.
